What InvisibleRank Is

InvisibleRank is a free diagnostic tool that checks a website's visibility across AI platforms — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Claude. It produces a scored report with actionable recommendations. Results are informational only. We make no guarantee that improving your score will result in specific business outcomes.

Using the Service

You agree to:

• Only submit URLs for websites you own or have explicit permission to audit
• Not use automated scripts or bots to run large volumes of audits
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the service
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

We reserve the right to:

• Rate-limit or block access if we detect abuse
• Modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• Update these terms — we'll update the effective date above when we do

Affiliate Disclosure

Audit reports include recommendations for third-party tools and services. Some of these recommendations are affiliate links — Violet Foundry LLC earns a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. This is how the free service is funded. Recommendations are based on the specific issues found in your audit; we do not accept payment to influence which tools we recommend.

Accuracy and Limitations

InvisibleRank uses automated checks and AI models to analyze websites. Results reflect conditions at the time the audit was run and may not capture every factor that affects AI visibility. We are not responsible for decisions made based on audit results.

Specifically, we make no warranty that:

• Audit results are complete, accurate, or error-free
• Following our recommendations will result in improved AI citations or search rankings
• The service will be uninterrupted or available at all times

Intellectual Property

The InvisibleRank name, logo, report design, and underlying audit methodology are owned by Violet Foundry LLC. You may share your own audit results but may not resell, white-label, or redistribute the service or its outputs without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Violet Foundry LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of InvisibleRank — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to $0, reflecting the fact that InvisibleRank is provided free of charge.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Violet Foundry LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
